TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WIN WITH VELO COMPETITION
Thank you for your interest in the Competition. Please read the following terms and conditions:
 

  1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the WIN WITH VELO Competition to win two STARTING EXPERIENCE AT SILVERSTONE (the “Competition”).
  2. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications relating to the Competition.
  3. By entering into this Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enter.
  4. No purchase or social media action is required to enter. Entry is completed only by submitting the official online entry form
The Promoter
  1. The Promoter is British American Tobacco South Africa Proprietary Limited (registration number 1995/009509/07) whose registered office is at 3 Dock Road, Waterway House, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, South Africa (“Promoter”).
Eligibility
  1. The Competition is open to entrants aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. And the companion must also be 18+ and a nicotine consumer.
  2. Entrants must be existing tobacco and/or nicotine consumers.
  3. Entrants must be residents of South Africa.
  4. Entrants must not be employees (or ex-employees) of the Promoter, its holding or subsidiary companies, or close relatives of such employees.
  5. Entrants must not be otherwise connected with the Promoter or its group companies, including anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Competition.
  6. Entrants must have a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity beyond the date of the Prize and be eligible to obtain a travel Visa.
  7. By entering, you confirm that you are an Eligible Entrant and are eligible to claim the Prize(s).
  8. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility at any point.
  9. The Promoter is not liable if an entrant is legally prohibited from entering due to local laws.
  10. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to reject or remove any entry that breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  12. Competition entries cannot be returned.
How to Enter
  1. To enter the Competition, visit the official entry page hosted on the Promoter’s website or through a promotional link.
  2. Complete the VELO entry form by providing your first name, last name and email address.
  3. Accept the draw condition confirming that you agree to be entered into the draw to win 2 × F1 WELLINGTON ENCLOSURE TICKETS AT THE SILVERSTONE GRAND PRIX  
  4. You may optionally opt-in to receive VELO marketing communications.
  5. Once submitted, your details will be entered directly into the draw.
  6. Entry is based solely on submitting the required form. No gameplay or additional actions are required.
  7. All applications received before the Closing Date will be reviewed by the Promoter to ensure eligibility.
  8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged or delayed entries, or technical difficulties affecting access.
Entry Requirements
  1. By submitting an Entry, Entrants warrant that:
    • The entry contains no harmful or inappropriate content.
    • The entry does not disparage the Promoter.
    • They have all rights necessary to submit the entry.
    • The entry complies with all laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
    • The entry contains no illegal, obscene, racist, defamatory or offensive material.
  2. By entering, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their submitted application content for promotional purposes.
  3. The Competition will commence on 1STof December 2025 (“Opening Date”) to 23:59 (GMT) on 28th February 2026 (“Closing Date”).
Announcement of the Winners
  1. Winners will be randomly selected and announced by 6th  March 2026.
  2. The Promoter may suspend or disqualify entries if fraudulent activity is suspected.
  3. Winners will be contacted telephonically by the Velo customer care line and must provide required travel documentation within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
The Prize
  1. The prize consists of two (2) F1 WELLINGTON ENCLOSURE TICKETS AT THE SILVERSTONE GRAND PRIX  for the winner and one companion.
  2. The prize includes airport transfers, flights, meal allowance, accommodation, transport arrangements and applicable VIP tickets.
  3. The prize may be presented as a voucher redeemable through an appointed travel agent.
  4. Winners must ensure they comply with all travel requirements and documentation.
  5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
  6. The Promoter may substitute the Prize with one of equal value.
  7. The Promoter, its agents or distributors shall not be liable if Winners fail to claim the Prize.
  8. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by third parties.
  9. Winners must comply with any social media communication guidelines from the Promoter.
Privacy Notice
  1. Personal information will be used only for:
    • Running the Competition
    • Contacting Winners
    • Announcing Winners
    • Delivering the Prize
  2. Entry is voluntary. Without required information, entrants cannot participate.

General Terms
  1. The Promoter may amend or cancel the Competition due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., catastrophe, war, pandemic, legal changes).
  2. The Promoter may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  3. Entries must be submitted without expectation of payment or benefit beyond the Prize.
  4. The Promoter may investigate and reject fraudulent or invalid entries.
