WIN WITH VELO – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(VELO Racing Game Competition – STARTING EXPERIENCE AT SILVERSTONE Prize)

Thank you for your interest in the Competition. Please read the following terms and conditions:

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the WIN WITH VELO Competition to win two STARTING EXPERIENCE AT SILVERSTONE (the “Competition”).

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications relating to the Competition.
By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enter.

1. The Promoter

1.1 The Promoter is British American Tobacco South Africa Proprietary Limited (registration number 1995/009509/07),
3 Dock Road, Waterway House, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, South Africa (“Promoter”).

1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all entrants participating in this Competition.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to entrants who:

(a) Are 18 years or older at the time of entry;
(b) Are existing tobacco and/or nicotine consumers;
(c) Are residents of South Africa;
(d) Are not employees (or ex-employees) of the Promoter or its subsidiaries, or close relatives of such employees;
(e) Are not otherwise connected with the Promoter or its agencies (including anyone professionally involved in administering this Competition);
(f) Have submitted their details via the official VELO Racing Game entry form;
(g) Have a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity beyond the dates of travel;
(h) Are eligible to obtain a Visa for travel associated with the Prize.

2.2 By entering, participants confirm they are Eligible Entrants.
2.3 The Promoter may request proof of eligibility at any time.
2.4 The Promoter is not liable if an entrant is legally restricted from participating.
2.5 Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
2.6 The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms.
2.7 Competition entries cannot be returned.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Competition:

• Visit the official entry page hosted on the Promoter’s website or via a promotional link.
• Complete the VELO Racing Game entry form by providing your first name, last name and email address.
• Accept the draw condition confirming your agreement to be entered into the draw to win 2 × STARTING EXPERIENCE AT SILVERSTONE.
• Optionally, opt in to receive VELO marketing communications.
• Once submitted, you will be redirected to play the VELO Racing Game.

3.1 Game Rules

• The game consists of three (3) initial trials per device.
• Participants avoid on-screen obstacles by moving the VELO car to collect VELO cans.

3.2 Technical Conditions

• All entries submitted before the Closing Date will be reviewed for eligibility.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, corrupted, lost, damaged, or delayed entries.
• The Promoter accepts no liability for technical failures including (but not limited to) device errors, software faults, network/server issues, or user error.

3.3 Entry Requirements

By submitting an entry, participants confirm that:

a. Their entry is free from harmful software or offensive content;
b. Their entry does not disparage the Promoter or VELO products;
c. They hold all necessary rights to submit the entry;
d. Their entry complies with all applicable laws and these Terms;
e. Their entry does not contain illegal, obscene, defamatory or inappropriate material.

3.4 Promotional Use

By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using non-personal imagery of the game experience for promotional purposes.

4. Announcement of Winners

4.1 Winners will be randomly selected and announced by March 2026.
4.2 The Promoter may suspend or disqualify entries if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4.3 Winners will be contacted via phone by the VELO customer care line and must provide required travel documentation within 24 hours.
4.4 Failure to provide required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

5. The Prize

5.1 The prize comprises two (2) STARTING EXPERIENCE AT SILVERSTONE passes (winner + companion).
5.2 The prize includes:

• Airport transfers
• Return flights
• Daily meal allowance
• Accommodation
• Transport arrangements
• Applicable VIP tickets

5.3 The Prize may be provided in the form of a redeemable travel voucher.
5.4 Winners must ensure they meet all travel requirements and possess valid travel documentation.
5.5 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
5.6 The Promoter may substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value.
5.7 The Promoter is not responsible for inability to redeem the Prize due to failure to meet eligibility or travel requirements.
5.8 Winners may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activities or social content.

6. Privacy Notice

Any personal information provided will be used solely for:

• Managing entries,
• Contacting winners,
• Facilitating delivery of the Prize.

Entry is voluntary. Failure to provide required information means you cannot enter the Competition.

7. General Terms

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition due to force majeure or events outside its control.
7.2 The Promoter may modify these Terms at any time.
7.3 Entries must not be submitted in expectation of payment or reward beyond the stated Prize.
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and reject fraudulent or invalid entries.
7.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues.
