1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the My Vuse Rewards Competition to win entrance passes to the Circus Maximus Tour (the “Competition”).
1.2 These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications relating to the Competition.
1.3 By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enter.
1.4 Entrants must be registered for and actively using the My Vuse Rewards Programme.
1.5 Entries will be accepted via registration and continued participation in the My Vuse Rewards Programme.
2. The Promoter
2.1 The promoter is British American Tobacco South Africa (Proprietary) Limited (registration number 1995/009509/07) with its registered office at 3 Dock Road, Waterway House, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, South Africa (“Promoter”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Competition is open to entrants who:
• Are 18 years or older at the time of entry;
• Are existing tobacco and/or nicotine consumers;
• Are resident in South Africa;
• Are not employees (or ex-employees) of the Promoter, its holding or subsidiary companies, or close relatives of such employees; and
• Are not otherwise connected with the Promoter or its group companies (including anyone professionally connected with administering the Competition).
3.2 By entering, you confirm that you are an Eligible Entrant and may be required to provide proof of eligibility at any time.
3.3 The Promoter is not liable if any entrant is legally prohibited from participating under local or national laws.
3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to reject or terminate any entry or participant it believes breaches these Terms and Conditions.
3.5 Competition entries cannot be returned once submitted.
4. Application Phase
4.1 To enter, scan the Competition QR code available at participating Vuse retail till points between 1 September 2025 (“Opening Date”) and 23:59 (GMT) on 30 September 2025 (“Closing Date”). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.
4.2 All entries received before the Closing Date will be reviewed to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
4.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, or delayed entries, or for technical failures (hardware, software, network, or server errors).
4.4 By submitting an entry, entrants represent and warrant that:
• Their entry contains no viruses or harmful content;
• Their entry does not disparage the Promoter or its products;
• They hold all necessary rights and permissions for materials submitted;
• Their entry complies with all laws and these Terms and Conditions; and
• Their entry contains no illegal, obscene, racist, defamatory, or offensive content.
4.5 By entering, entrants agree that, if selected as a winner, the Promoter may use their name for announcement purposes without additional permission.
5. Announcement of Winners
5.1 Finalists will be randomly selected in Week 1 of October 2025.
5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify or suspend entries if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5.3 Finalists will be contacted via the Vuse Customer Care line and asked to provide travel documentation for VIP arrangements within 24 hours of request. Failure to do so may result in replacement by another entrant.
5.4 Winners will be announced on Vuse social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) or through customer care communication in Week 1 of October 2025.
6. The Prize
6.1 Each winner will receive two (2) entrance passes (for themselves and one partner) to attend the Circus Maximus Tour Event on 11 October 2025.
6.2 The winner’s partner must be 18 years or older, and all terms herein apply equally.
6.3 The Prize is as stated — no cash or alternatives. Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability.
6.4 The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal value if necessary.
6.5 Winners must ensure compliance with all travel requirements and have valid travel documentation.
6.6 Winners must comply with any applicable COVID-19 protocols (testing/vaccination) as communicated.
6.7 The Promoter, its agents, and distributors shall not be liable if winners cannot receive their prize due to:
(i) inability to travel on set dates;
(ii) failure to provide required information; or
(iii) failure to claim the prize.
6.8 By accepting, winners acknowledge that participation (including tickets, accommodation, transport, and meals) is at their own risk. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from prize use.
6.9 Winners indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and its agents against any claims arising from participation or prize use.
6.10 Winners must comply with all rules and safety requirements of event organisers, accommodation providers, and transport operators.
6.11 The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by third parties.
6.12 Winners and partners must adhere to social media guidelines provided by the Promoter during the trip.
6.13 Winners must conduct themselves in an orderly and respectful manner. Disorderly behaviour may result in removal from the event.
7. Privacy Notice
7.1 Any personal information provided will be used solely for administering the Competition, contacting winners, facilitating travel, and communicating essential event information.
7.2 Entry is voluntary; failure to provide required information will result in exclusion from the Competition.

8. General Terms
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in cases of catastrophe, war, civil disturbance, epidemic, pandemic, or events beyond its control.
8.2 The Promoter may modify these Terms at its discretion, and any updates will be communicated to entrants.
8.3 Entry is made without prior payment or expectation of payment, except for the benefits expressly outlined in these Terms.
8.4 The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and act against fraudulent or invalid entries.
8.5 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies, agents, and distributors shall not be liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation (save in cases of negligence).
8.6 Entrants are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated as included.
8.7 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.8 The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by South African law, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
